his name is chris hill of freedom surf. they noticed him. hooked the trailer up and started to tow it back into harbor. this happened off the coast of the uk. he came back in and started to move the truck and trailer before the tide came in but there were too many beachgoers on the beach. he couldn't get enough speed on this sand to get away from the tide. there were too many people around. the tide wound up coming in here to unhook his trailer. that swept away the trailer. his truck is, you can see here, his truck completely swamped under the water. the worst part about this story though, his freedom surf is his surf school for people with disabilities. overnight, looters went out into his truck, dove under the water, and stole wet suits, tools, and a vintage surf board worth about 900 bucks. >> you are kidding me? this is this guy's live lie hood and something he does out of the goodness of his heart, and people took it upon themselves to take this guy's misfortune and make it their chance to get free stuff? >> yeah. it's so sad. they were
