look at water just standing on the hill in the construction zone. chris, will pan down here and there is no leaves up here but problem is, litter bugs. you see these fast food, cartons and contain are and everything. people throw trash out that blocks the the little drainage we have up here and that is why when you have construction zone and these big concrete medians on both side of the i-95 that keeps the the water in here like a built in swimming pool with no where to go. i told bob this on my way in i hydroplaned at 35 miles an hour just a couple miles south of here betsy ross bridge. put a scare through me. look up in the sky, no streetlights over this construction as they rebuild these highways which means you have no idea you will hit one of these puddles driving in these early morning hours with little bit of traffic and going 55 miles an hour. you go out of control even a tractor trailer full of coors light beer like we saw one of those. got news is that it is light out now. they have got this traffic cleared. people can see where they are going
