abc 7 news reporter chris nguyen is at the scene and is gathering information and will have a live reportthe prospect of a new stadium is sending the value. oakland raiders skyrocketing. a report said in "forbes" says the raid remembers now the nfl's 20th most valuable team worth $2.1 billion. that's up 47% from a year ago. analysts say it's because the team will likely have a new home whether that's in oakland or las vegas or los angeles remains to be seen. it appears to be coming. the niners, they are sitting pretty. they are the nfl's fourth most valuable franchise. of course, openin levi stadium helped a bunch worth an estimated $3 billion. meanwhile, the las vegas effort to build a stadium, perhaps for the raiders, could take a step forward tomorrow. a committee that is studying the plan could make a recommendation to move the $1.9 billion project forward. back here in the bay area there's also an effort going on. there's a group led by hall of famer ronny lott to build a stadium and they met in closed session with the alameda county board of supervisors. >> from space to the speedwa
