nbc news' chris pollone is following all the negotiations on capitol hill. so, chris, bring us up to date. >> reporter: the majority leader scheduled a vote at 10:30 after reaching a deal on this them spraer spending bill it will keep it opened until early december it would allow democrat's to turn their full agenda they have been trying to broker a deal to pass the $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill and his $3.5 trillion build back better bill as it's called the house is scheduled to vote on the infrastructure bill today. it's not clear if that vote will take place because progressive house democrats say they will vote against it and let senate democrats come to an agreement on the build back better bill. so far kyrsten sinema and joe plandhin are amanchin are againt >> several months ago, we had an agreement with for manchin with everybody else throughout the entire party, myself, everyone, saying we will move forward on this 3.5 trillion and we will leak the infrastructure, the bipartisan bill and the build better act together. >> reporter: coming
