my name is chris wright. i'm the executive director of the committee on jobs. i want to associate my remarks today with those made by dee-dee with the chamber. the chamber put together a working group of chamber members made up of a large spectrum of businesses and they had some [speaker not understood] consideration with the planning department with its report. and i think that's the report that was produced by the planning commission. it's something that should -- we should all consider and i want to thank you all for your careful look at both these proposals. there's one point, though, that i'd like to bring up that is contained in both supervisor mar's and the planning department's, and that is further restrictions on atms. atms are in the community already. some communities are better served than others. will people go to atms, they get cash ~. they don't get cash to buy something on amazon. they get cash to buy something locally. i know in my neighborhood, supervisor mar's district, there are three or four businesses that i, that i shop at that do not tak

the world genuining a $1.8 million lawsuit against slain navy sniper chris kyle leaving some asking where is the justice? kelly wrightlive in the studio. you have been watching the comments pouring in on this story. what are people saying? >> quite a few people are upset some understand. some are asking if justice was served here. the fate of an american hero chris kyle forced to pay nearly $2 million to jessie ventura. kyle was tragically murdered last year. that didn't stop ventura to sue kyle's widow in an effort to save his reputation among navy seals. it came from a claim that kyle made on fox news and in his book that he pumped ventura when the former governor bad mouthed navy seals during a wake for two seals that died in iraq. ventura claims it never happened. ventura has made out rage gus claims in the past as we know. >> i have been water boarded. it is torture. i can speak from experience. >> what are you suggesting happened on september 11th? >> i am suggesting governments do things to get us into wars. it exploded. >> our military turned into contract killers now, contract for hire. >> loan survivor marc
