reporting live in pleasanton, i'm christie smith. jon and marla, back to you. >> thank you, christie. >>> this morning, a little boy is badly burned after getting too close to a makeshift heater at an oakland home. firefighters tell us the boy's family was using this small stove to heat the home. the 6-year-old's shirt apparently caught fire when he got too close. the boy's family drove him to the hospital. he has first and second-degree burns on his arm. >>> fire crews spending the morning, mopping up after a fire at the tesla motors battery testing facility. the building's sprinkler system did its job and did it well. an employee accidentally left some testing equipment running overnight. the fire was in a separate building from the tesla offices and there were no injuries reported. >>> happening right now, a fire gutting an apartment complex in north bergen, new jersey, a three-story building going up in flames. yes, just a massive blaze ripping through this complex. so far, no word on any injuries or the particular cause of this
