oh, business correspondence, christy johnson is at frank for that bought and i also little earlier if things had gotten any better on the line of people you can see behind me has thinned out to some degree. if you could see to my left, the end of the line is, is just to my left here by wires earlier today that line when all the way back to the bit through the terminal. i couldn't even see the end when i went to look for it. i'm so it is shorter, but i will say some of the people that i spoke to earlier this morning about 3 hours ago. i see that they're still waiting in line. still haven't gotten to speak to lufthansa. representatives are still waiting to find out when they can leave frankfurt when they can get home or get on to their next destination or destination . so there are almost all of tons of flights were cancelled today. there's very little wiggle room here in terms of re booking these people until of tons of flights. obviously, a very large amount of passengers affected over 90000 passengers here in frankfort alone affected by these strikes. so it's quite difficult to reloc
