good morning to you there, christina. one of the sand bag locations in the south bay run by the valley water district. there is the possibility some areas in the bay area tomorrow during that soaker you talked about could see some ponding. that's where you would have water accumulating in low-lying areas or if you lived in one of those that possibility is real. check with your water utility district to see where your nearest sandbag location is. this is one of several that the valley runs in san jose. yesterday that storm dumped about an inch of rain on the area. much needed considering the drought that california has been struggling with. unfortunately nowhere near enough and this weekend storm won't be enough to get us out of this drought. several series of these storms to significantly improve our water situation. so right now we're roughly 20% of where we need to be. rainfall wise. this weekend's storm can maybe get us up to 30% but we're very below where we need to be to get out of this drought. you do see the rain c
