christine? >>> we are following breaking news with a shooting at a house fire not far from temple university that sends two people to the hospital. we are told police have made arrests. nbc 10's matt delucia is live at temple university hospital and you have also been talking to police out there, and they have some witnesses and other evidence? >> reporter: absolutely christine. look at the police crime cameras here and there. they just happen to be here where the shooting happened earlier this morning. more on that in a moment, but here at temple university hospital there are two victims being treated. one is a 23-year-old and the other is a 19-year-old. the 19-year-old was shot three times and is in critical condition. here's the scene in the 2200 block of north park avenue. police tell us at 1:30 there was a house party going on with more than 100 people. a fight broke out and spilled out into the street. that's when the two were shot. now, officers actually say they got into a struggle with
