i'm christine johnson at cbs news headquarters in new york. texas right now is in a grip of most powerful storm to hit the united states in more than a decade. this morning, the national hurricane center says harvey is causing catastrophic flooding in southern texas. in houston up to 19 inches of rain has fallen in the city in the last six hours. right now, harvey is a tropical storm with maximum sustained winds of 45 miles per hour. harvey blasted on to the texas gulf coast late friday as mastiff category 4 hurricane. here is latest what we know right now. two people are confirmed dead. more than a dozen have been
