her name is christine ralph. >> but before we meet christine, let's listen to her story about her struggledaughter christine was born with cerebral palsy. she was always a happy child, but things changed in high school. high school was difficult for christine. she was ridiculed and isolated by her classmates. but at just 15 years old, christine decided to take her bad experience and turn it into a mission to help people by creating kids for kids, a disability awareness educational workshop that teaches what makes us different makes us beautiful. in 2002, christine graduated from st. joseph's university with a b.a. in elementary education. she was not sure what she would do after graduation. she went to a summer performing arts program for people with disabilities in maine. when we went to see christine's performance, i noticed a huge change. she was more confident and independent than i had ever seen before. christine's brothers are in the children's summer camp industry and knew that a similar program was needed in the philadelphia area. christine knew exactly what she wanted to do. in 20
