the mother of christopher brown says she has waited long enough for police and prosecutors to decide whether to file charges in the death of her son but the state's attorney cautions against rushing the investigation. wjz continues to investigate the case. mike hellgren is live on a community meeting taking place tonight. >> reporter: this will be at a synagogue in randallstown where this unfolded. community leaders want to get a pulse on the high-profile case and it impact there. 17-year-old christopher brown has been buried and his mom says she is fed up with waiting for the state's attorney to decide whether to charge officer james laboard in his death. >> that is not enough for me. this is where i draw the line. they have enough evidence and i am demanding it at this point. >> reporter: here is what police say happened. on june 13th, brown was walking with young people. someone through a rock at officer laboard's door. the officer chased them down and caught up with brown and after an altercation brown ended up dead. the medical examiner ruled it homicide by asphyxiation. police
