christopher jones died last may after he was beaten in his crofton neighborhood.cause of an ongoing fight between two rival gangs. chris was allegedly being tormented for trying to breakup fights between the two. now his family has filed a lawsuit blaming the school for wrongful death. school administrators are not talking about the lawsuit but they will say steps are being taken to stop gang violence. >> we continue our antibullying efforts. we have done a gang awareness and drug awareness seminars for parents in conjunction with local police departments with the county state's attorney office. we participate in the both the county and reggia regional gang awareness program. >> the parents of the teens involved in the fight are being named in the lawsuit. each sued by $10 million. >>> you can count other it just like the sunrising in east it's spring so gas prices are on the rise again, too. >> they are up $0.4 in the last week and it will probably keep going in that direction for a little bit of time. joel d smith is live at ellicott city with how it will go but
