well, on capitol hill, the fbi director is revealing new details about the attempted assassination of former president trump. director christopher wray is testifying this morning in front of the house judiciary committee. wray revealed that the gunman, thomas crooks, had reached the f the jfk assassination ahead of mr. research. there, he researched the jfk assassination ahead of mr. trump's rally, and he was able to hide his gun more easily because it was collapsible. but crooks motive is still not clear. wray says that you know what? the fbi is still actively investigating, looking at the individual's social media accounts, his messages often things physical evidence in the person's residence. you might see a manifesto, things like that. we're not seeing that yet, but we are digging in hard because this is one of the central questions for us now. this was supposed to be a routine hearing scheduled before trump's shooting in pennsylvania, but the attack was a big focus and question here. now, the hearing comes just a day after the resignation of secret service director. meanwhile, following the attempt on his life, former presi
