lewis also joining us, harvard law professor and writer alan dershowitz, also the author of "trurmped up." alan, welcome to the show. this meeting the president is having today with rod rosenstein and christopher wray after sending that tweet over the weekend, would you advice him to do it? >> well, if he's going to just be asking the justice department to investigate the presence of this person in the campaign, whether you call him an informer or infiltrator or spy, those are all loaded words. if he's limited to that, that's okay. but if he begins to talk at all about his own case -- remember, rod rosenstein is in charge of mueller. he darn well better have his lawyer there to advise him what he can say and what he can't. >> is he the kind of person who can stop himself from talking about things he is not supposed to talk about? >> probably not. that's why it is always risky to meet with a prosecutor. the prosecutor works for you, but on the other hand the fr prosecutor is also working against you. >> is it appropriate to demand the justice department investigate something that happened during the campaign like this? is it appropriate? >> well, it is the president's prerogative to decide what
