4:30 we will get that press conference at the canadian embassy and will hear from cristcrist chrystia freelandsir, your reaction to the fact that it looks like there is no deal between the u.s. and canada on the trade talks? >> well, the setup was really tough. five weeks of negotiations with mexico, the phone call, hey, come in and you got to get a deal done by friday. it was a very difficult lift. on the other hand, if everybody was willing to compromise and find paths to getting a deal, that this would happen. over the week i think the markets thought this might happen but things started, you know, winding down a little bit, unfortunately, because the president's comments made it clear that the u.s. was not in a negotiation position, they were in mandate position. and mandating is really not a good way to sit down and negotiate, especially with your best friend, and your most important trading ally and your next door neighbor, and so this is disappointing at this stage. on the other hand, let's see what the news is, because i'm hopeful we continue these negotiations all the way to the next
