i think director chu made a very correct and accurate statement, particularly for this population it's a little harder but it's not impossible. i think us coming together as a body of government providers and department heads and departments as well as nonprofit agencies just to think about how do we address the system and address this issue might be the first start to this. i know that our nonprofit agencies have a direct link to the young people and their families and maybe that's where we start to make sure we're coordinating appropriately. i like the idea of connecting the bits and pieces of data we're getting from the feds to perhaps some of our other services that's through the want department of public health or through the human services agency so we can at least get an idea of the -- you know, the types of kids that we're serving so we can at least narrow it down what they need but right now we don't have a very good answer for that and we would love to to be a partner in that. we can convene meetings and folks to have this conversation but i have to say that ms. kent has been

dom chu is looking at where the strongest buying is coming each time and he joins us with interesting hoofrmter what we got. all day, telling you about the idea there have been pull backs and three so far this year but none by more than 6%. let's take you through each of those three instances and tell you one sector that really had a nice -- a piece of nice bounce back after hitting lows. look at the materials sector, back in the beginning of this year, we saw a 7% pull back for that sector during the first of our downturns at the beginning of this year and then all of a sudden, that entire sector rallied by 12% coming out of it. so again, materials led the way higher after the first -- after the first drawback that we saw in the first part of this year. look at the second one, rebound number two the technology sector down about 4% during this pull back between april and july of this year, down 4%, then rallied subsequently 14% off of those levels. the most recent rebound, number three, we will call it utilities during that time span, they were down about 7% during the pull back, augu
