good morning, sarah. >> reporter: good morning to you, chuck. you are talking about the path of tropical storm hermine. we have many warnings here. the hurricane warning, it's the first since 2012, hurricane isaac. floridians are being told to stay inside and off the roads. not everyone is heeding warnings that are being headed down and that's where we're seeing several problems. the tropical storm is bringing flooding to many areas on the gulf coast, causing people to roads there. people are scrambling to try to save what they can, get their pets out of their homes. others are scrambling to get sand bags. streets flooded. local officials are closing down roads prone to flooding just as a precaution to keep the drivers off the streets here. the storm is impacting people living from the panhandle to areas just south of tampa. this is the biggest weather event since tropical storm colin back in june. neighbors know they can expect some flooding. they hope the storm passes quickly. the storm is expected to move out of this area by tomorrow, but it
