he mentioned the cia, national security, fbi. you make of the number of agencies involved here as the fbi confirmed that they're looking at this as potential terrorism? >> whenever we look at an incident as it relates to it being a possible terrorism, we want a wide loop. we want to bring in as many resources as possible. the new orleans police department is highly resourced. they have the largest police department in the state of louisiana. in addition to that, we want to have them work in tandem with the state law enforcement agencies as well as our federal partners in law enforcement. there's an immense level of resources that we can draw together to find out what the actual motive is. as you mentioned earlier, this is a truck that we believe came from eagle pass, texas. so we're going to look to the cameras from police vehicles that this actual vehicle passed as well as traffic cams to identify what the route was and where -- what potential stops occurred and also connect with atf to find out how these firearms were acquired.
