for my greens, i used a spinach, let's see what else i have in there...cilantro, and cilantro is one of those things, some people love it, some people hate it. i absolutely love it, but that is something i usually don't put into a dish when i'm making it, i let people add their own, because not everybody likes it. but i absolutely love it. and then for the sauce, i love chipotle sauce. this was the only one i could find yesterday. i was looking pretty fast, but this is the only one i could find, so this is a full fat dressing, but to cut down on the fat and the calories, i mix it with some greek yogurt, because i would put sour cream on a taco anyway, so this is a good way to add more protein, cut down on the fat and calories, and still get that nice southwest because i like my fish tacos, or, just any fish in general, to have some really nice flavor to it. so i think it pairs really well with a sweet salsa, so this is really easy. i've made a lot of sweet salsas before with a lot of ingredients, and this one is definitely the easiest. so, i cut up a fresh, a fresh pineapple. you can

for my greens, i used a spinach, let's see what else i have in there...cilantro, and cilantro is one of those things, some people love it, some people hate it. i absolutely love it, but that is something i usually don't put into a dish whehe i'm making it, i ll people add their own, cause not everybody likes it. but i absolutely love it. for the sauce, i love chipotle sauce. this was the only one i could find yesterday. i was looking pretty fast, but this is the only one i could find, so this is a full fat dressing, but to cut down on the fat and the calories, i mix ititith some greek yogugu, becauu i would put sour crcrm on a taco anyway, so this is a good way to add more protein, cut down on the fat and calories, and still get that nice southwest flavor, because i like my fish tacos, or, just any fish in general, to have some really nice flavor to it. so i think it pairs really well with a sweet salsa, so this is really easy. i've made a lot of sweet salsas before with a lot of ingredients, and this one is definitely the easiest. so, i cut up a fresh, a fresh pineapple. you can use
