a major settlement in the deadly police shooting just off the university of cincinanti campus.the university has agreed to a number of demands from the family of sam dubose... not the least of which is a multi-million dollar deal. deal.nine on your side's jordan burgess is live with the details of the settlement. right now the family is upstairs in their lawyers office talking about this settlement.in just the last hour we heard from lawyers representing the university of cincinnati. here's a breakdown of this settlement for the family of samule dubose. he was the man shot and killed by a u-c police officer back in july family will be paid 4 million 850-thousand dollars. and all 12 of dubose's children will get free tuition and fees.. adding another 500,000 tho the established for dubose on campus. details are still president will issue an their loss.the settlement was mediation.we asked the lawyer representing u-c if this is being at fault in the shooting. nate lampleyrepresented uc in talks2:22 is this an admission of guilt on the university's part? it is an acknowledgment of a tragedy and
