as family mourns the loss of cindy win and single mother of three, the man accused of killing her sobbed uncontrollably in court today. in addition to murder, paul ray capaci ka still low is charged of many more crimes. >> robbery, attempted robbery, auto burglary, another assault with a deadly weapon, and auto theft. >> castillo could face the death penalty. >> he feels terrible. you saw him crying uncontrollably in the courtroom. he's on a 15-minute suicide watch. >> reporter: a man who says that he's castillo's father called nbc bay area with this statement. we are so deeply sorry for your loss and pray with you with strength to get through this time. san jose police are now looking for two people from the tree house pot dispensary in san jose who they say helped hide castillo after he hijacked win. >> we have two people that have helped evade him for two and a half days the family of cindy says that they are not focusing on castillo. they plan on celebrating cindy's life. >> reporter: they arrested one of of the suspects accused of hiding castillo after he allegedly murdered nguyen.
