we did have to deal recently on the citation was given to circlo. that appeal has happened. are currently waiting for the decision. in my opinion, i thought it went well. it was very simple. we will hopefully know by the end of this week what the decision on that appeal was. we have been in contact with citizens -- with the city of honolulu. they are looking at how to work with and use -- with venues
