and what happens is the cirrus contain millions and millions of ice chris ls crystals. the moon is 80% waxing on the way to becoming a full moon. we have partly to mostly cloudy skies in san fransisco after a high today at 59 and it's currently 54 degrees. average high 56. clouds are rolling in to the entire bay area. will not clear out until about friday. looking at the golden gate bridge. people coming in and out of the city today, everybody was talking about the weather because we had record warmth right here. santa rosa 72 degrees today. it tied that record set back in 1919. you have to go back 38 years in livermore to realize the temperature of 69. so obviously it's very rarely this mild this time of the year. it won't be as cold tonight because of increasing cloud cover, no rain and no snow in tahoe. tonight with the clouds, temperatures into the 40s in san jose and in san fransisco. it will be another dry day tomorrow, albeit on the cloudy side from 59 to 64 degrees. pinpointing some of the locations, 50s at the coast to 60s in our inland areas. we have the storm
