the landlord did not allow the passing to city hall. i think that kind of action by the management at this building is not helpful and can be very painful. i think it was very painful to the community and disrespectful to the community. i think one way in which we can begin the process of addressing the needs of this community is to make sure that when they do come to the people's building, that they are treated with the dignity and respect that they deserve. and so, i would ask the management of city hall to look at what happened because i don't think that we can be very proud of the way in which the management of this building treated this community today. thank you.
