they shut down the two blocks here between lowe's and city hall yesterday, because it was just coming down so much. the winds are cam now. but we have northbound i day on tap. maybe not as windy as yesterday. but the problem was we never got above freezing yesterday. nothing melted. that's normally how the ice gets off these tall buildings. but the lowe's becoming famous, olds psfs building, for having the sheet every ice fall. so we've got some video from one of the fresco users who shot it over there during the time that the road was closed to both cars, trucks, buses, they had to reroute septa buses yesterday even, because they thought if one of these big chunks came down it, could powerfully go through a septa bus roof. so they shut it down. then they reopened to traffic. to get the sidewalk shutdown. now we have got some of the sidewalks shutdown, not just on market but around the corners, we come back to the live picture, little bit down 12th street, since the side of the lowe's is over here as well. a lot of dangers, what do we tell people, to stair up at the sky, look up while
