chicago. like the most corrupt city ever. and it's also a city with a ton of red tape. we've seen elon musk try this in california and maryland and it was the red tape and environmental regulations that ended up hanging him up. then you look at elon mufng. i know this is supposed to, a private-public partnership but this is a da guy who's built his business model on making a profit off of taxpayers. he was nearly up to $5 billion in taxpayer money. and on top of that you've got transit experts saying there's no way this is going to get done under a billion as cheaply as he says or as quickly. i'll believe it when i see it. charles: i think of the chicago project that took 16 years, building 161 new highway lanes. initially they said it would take 2 billion bucks and ended up costing 15 billion bucks. the idea that this may go over budget, i agree with that. but to your point with the kind of restrictions and the profit motivation out there, i still believe a private company will keep the cost down significantly lower than a city would, a city like chicago. >> of course.
