i am one of those who believes that park will set an example for all cities, for urban center recreation and park activities, so just congratulations to everybody. it takes a village. third, i want to thank commissioner bonilla and lisa wayne on the staff with the work on beacon hill and the process there. it's been a long process but it's coming to some good conclusions so having a commissioner participate in those solutions is comforting i think to the residents and to staff, so commissioner bonilla thank you for all you've done on that. we will hopefully see a final resolution in the coming months. >> thank you. >> we had an item on the calendar that dealt with modifying the rules that we have for grants and grant applications. the board of supervisors has a threshold of $100,000 before items get heard by them and we were entertaining the idea of following the board but after consultation with commissioners and with staff and particularly lisa bransten we were able to come up with a solution that i think makes sense and that is we will have all those items put on the consent calendar,

they work in the city and it's great to have sporting events and concerts and having all the parkingnderground is a great step and having the retail sites that will help support the projects but financially to make that even better than you know it could have been otherwise that's very good idea and we have a lot of transit that's been pointed out one thing we have to look at it and consider with the environmental piece to have a plan of what we will do for people that drive from the east bay we'll courage people to take transit but which way to have the traffic flow i have less concerns about the south because it is easily address is from the south so for the city at large so i just have a couple of questions
