we have breaking news in center city, philadelphia.eadly crash. nbc 10's aundrea cline-thomas just new information on the vehicle. aundrea. >> reporter: yeah, police gave me a description of the vehicle they are looking for. they say it's a white jeep wrangler, rube uconn edition with big tires and also has a tire affixed to the back of it, a spare tire on the back of it. that driver is wanted for a fatal hit-and-run this morning on reese and watts streets right near the convention center. when rescue crews arrived at the scene, they found a woman lying in the road. they rushed her around the corner to hahnemann hospital, but she was pronounced dead at 3:45 this morning. the jeep wrangler was captured on surveillance video and last seen going east of wray street. the white jeep wrangler, it should have front end damage. as for that victim, again, she died here at hahnemann hospital. all we know about her is she was years old. reporting live in center city, aundrea cline-thomas. >> thank you. >>> new this morning, a shooting at an outdo
