it was clarence. it's usually some bizarre fluid of events that caused an innocent person to be convicted. and the first one i give, the defendant, tim kennedy, there was a contract out on them and lo and behold they were killed and one of the gun that is killed him was tim kennedy's gun . that was it. get him in. despite the fact that we had several confessions from the people who really did it who knew who really did it and the real perpetrator had confessed. it was amazing how these things happen.
