good evening, i'm claudine wong., the entire bay area is under a flood watch, and we are monitoring several severe thunderstorm warnings and a host of problems being left in its wake at this hour. we are tracking strong winds that have flipped boats in the oakland estuary. the conditions are also causing mass delays and even cancellations at sfo, and that wet weather is reaching as far south as san jose. while in the north bay, the heavy rain there has brought down a home and trees and has even triggered some evacuation notices in san francisco. at least one person has been taken to the hospital after they were struck by a fallen tree. you can see it there. this all happened about 2:00 this afternoon on gottingen street and ward, near the portola neighborhood. the severity of those injuries that that person suffered is still unclear. we do have crews across the bay area tonight, but we do want to start in the north bay because it's been hit the hardest. you take a look at this video. this is what they are dealing wit
