here's abc's clayton sandell. >> reporter: there are few clues but plenty of sorrow for family and friends of tammy meyers. >> my son is only one year and two months and now we have to deal with my son growing up without knowing his grandmother. >> reporter: las vegas police say the hunt for this man is a top priority. investigators say he was in a car thursday night that nearly collided with meyers and her 15-year-old daughter, headed home after a driving lesson. police say meyers and the other driver argued and that car followed them home. someone opened fire hitting meyers once. >> you are really disgusting for taking my mother's life. she didn't deserve it. >> reporter: police are on the lookout for this silver or gray sedan seen here in newly released video captured by a home security camera. >> as far as we can tell, there was no prior contact with these individuals. they are complete strangers. >> reporter: meyers was a mother of four, a nurse, her husband brought her red roses every valentine's day for 25 years. he did it one last time saturday before she was taken off life support
