welcome back, german clayton. yton.airman cla given recent developments regarding the volcker rule i would like to offer a reminder. congress put the vocal rule into effect in order to stop banks from taxpayer dollars. earlier this year several divisions issued a proposal that appears to give banks a pass and allow them to continue what congress clearly wanted to stop. the analysis of the proposed rule by the sec says "we recognize that it would increase moral hazard risk related to proprietary trading by allowing positions that are economically equivalent to positions they could've taken in the absence of the 2013 final rule." i am wondering why the sec would be supporting changes to the volcker rule that would increase moral hazard risk? i am also concerned about the interest. congress specifically gave the sec the authority to propose a -- impose a harmonized fiduciary standard for brokers and investment advisors. the sec proposal does not do that. i am going to urge the chairman to ensure the sec final rule pr

firefighters are working on the front lines, trying to contain the fire off of marsh creek road just past clayton. we begin our live coverage tonight with debora villalon who has the latest on the firefighting effort. >> reporter: the marsh fire name for the road went up fast. it doubled in size several times and they said it's finally slowed, at 247 acres now, but sadly, there is no getting that home back. from sky fox came from sky fox, a heartbreaking sight as this fire consumes this house and it burns to the ground. >> it's unfortunate that our neighbor lost their home. >> the family rushed home from work to see their neighbor's house burning and theirs next to it. 60 foot flames were running upslope as the couple watch remotely on eight home security cameras. >> i could look in each direction from the house and see what was going on and at one point i saw flames coming up and then the electricity went down and i couldn't see anything more. >> reporter: from the fire start just before 3:00 -- the air attacks were intense with fire crews pulling water from nearby ponds and tankers were cool --
