congressman emanuel cleaver.ccording to the kansas city star he owes bank of america roughly $1.5 million for a loan he took out in 2002 to pay for the business. small business authority guaranteed 75 percent of the loan. meaning the federal agency, aka we the taxpayers could pay the bank three fourths of cleaver's debt. it all depends how much the company is able to pay. he has had trouble making payments all along. the bank's filing shows his loan was for 1.3 million and after 10 years he still owns 1.2 million. he further declined any comment on the lawsuit. he did say this is a business dispute. it has been run by an outside manager for years. in 2011 he valued the company at 250,000 dollars. if you do the math along with his income it doesn't look good for the taxpayers. >> i always own ago car wash is inexpensive to run it's a good business. apparently not so much. >>> 25 minutes after the hour on a wednesday morning. coming up on "fox & friends first", remember this scene from the "the true man show"? >> b
