and according to the florida highway patrol, 44-year-old fernando clemente may have been drunk while driving east in the westbound lanes. the crash shut down the westbound lanes of sand lake road for hours and investigators say clemente had a bottle of hennessy in the passenger seat next to him. he crashed into a taxi driven by 39-year-old harold fabre. both victims were wearing their seat belts. the taxi driver who was killed was not impaired and toxicology tests for clemente are still pending. ucf is getting a downtown orlando campus. governor rick scott makes it official today when he signs the new state budget. that means the state will contribute 20 million dollars to the project that will be built on the site of the old amway arena. the downtown campus is expected to cost upwards of 60 million dollars. besides the money from the state, 20 million will come from private donors, with the remainder coming from the school. >> we' ve been planning, we' ve worked hard, we' ve modified the re ready to get started. the campus is expected to open in the fall of 2018. a home invasion in
