continuing coverage- charges are filed after a deadly crash in clermont. authorities say 38-year-old james tackett may have been drinking when he lost control of his car, smashing into this business with a 5 year old little girl in his backseat. he died at the scene- the young girl was taken to a hospital but should be okay. now the mother of the little girl - 27 year old hilary upton - is facing child endangerment charges. why? well the fayette county sheriff says tackett was a registered sex offender-who did not register with the sheriff's office - and upton knew, but still let her daughter be alone with tackett. wl's lauren moss has been looking into this for the last speaking with sheriff fisher..she joins us now live with the latest. sheriff fisher tells me tackett was convicted of third degree rape back in 2007 in the state of washington. as a convted sex offender, he cannot watch any children- and ininestigators y his girlfriend was well awwre of that- but as we know, he was alone with upton's 5 year old little girl..who was in the back seat during
