far north as chicago, medical walk, indian a, detroit delay there with airport snow coming down, cleveland and our neck of the woods upper -- next low moving in at this team just to the south. this one low that tracks up and the secondary low that is really going to be the backer as it strengthen and intense fees off the coast as it wraps in the moisture atlantic moisture. that's why we have winter storm warnings stretching from new york city down to philadelphia to dc, pittsburg back to indianapolis and detroit. this is a big, big storm that affects a lot of folks and drop heavy amounts of snow fall. now here locally we can is he all across the state. we are under winter storm warning and projected snow fall i'm looking at still holding pretty good. 14 to 20 inches plus potentially across baltimore, dc area crossing up to seize ill county 95 to wilmington and phily 16 to 24. could get heavy amounts and southern 10 of the state 7 to 14 and then the south east portion of the estate about 14. so looking at a lot of snow potential across the area as the storm pushes through. about a foot, foo

this storm has been huge, it has been from chicago, detroit, cleveland, it has come our way, and going up to philadelphia, new york and boston. we knew we would get a lot but as can see there's a little pink on our map. meanwhile the i-corridor and up to dc, and the heaviest area we have seen. jeff will give us more information on the totals. you can see that we still have more snow to come. we had earlier banding of sleet moving through, in fact around loch raven road to the east earlier, now filled in with just plain snow, as you can see, white all over the map. theres was a line between the pink as you can see around easton indicating the sleet. a lot of this area filling in where we earlier had sleet, now it turns out to be the snow moving in. we put things into motion as it moves from west to north to east. more snow is on the way, the dry air being replaced by the moisture and the snow. we have the set up that we had earlier we were talking about with the low pressure center off in the ohio valley, feeding the low. watch as this snow strengthens when it moves north. we have plent

more snow than cleveland, ohio. we are getting hammered. the snow amounts so far, we are talking snowfall amounts 10.5 inches so far in washington, 17 baltimore, 20 in new freedom, pennsylvania, and 12 in philly, philadelphia, baltimore and washington, d.c., all snowiest seasons on record. we take a look at wahes and warnings. we've got blizzard warnings from north carolina, washington, virginia, delaware, jersey, new york city. that's because of the winds. take a look on the radar. you can see it is spinning. this system is doing just as we predicted. it is intensifying as we move off the coast, drawing in that moisture off the atlantic, mixing with the lder air. we have wind gusts 55 miles per hour. jfk reporting wind gusts of 50 miles per hour. as that system moves off, you can see the isobars tightening. we have strong winds and that's why we have blizzard-like conditions. we have three to six inches of snow on top of what's already fallen. some areas may pick up another six to nine inches. while the snow will start to taper off after m
