and trumbull, that's east of a co of cleveland, the largest city in ohio, and a jury back in november almost 9 months ago, found the 3 retailers guilty of basically dumping opioid medicines in those 2 counties. i came out during the trial that between 20122016, some 1400000000 pills were sold through those 3 retailers. that's $400.00 pills per person. and so it's a quite understandable why they're developed in opioid epidemic just in those 2 counties of ohio. now, as the federal judge who is overseeing this and some 3000 other a lawsuit against not just the retailers, but the distributors and the pharmaceutical companies that make these medicines, basically decided that there should be an award of $650000000.00 divided almost evenly between officials of lake and trumbull counties, but that's a far cry from the more than 2 point. $4000000000.00 that the to county say they needed to basically pay for trying to respond to the epidemic, both in terms of law enforcement and in terms of health care. now, as you noted, all 3 of the retailers say that they're going to appeal this verdict. the
