we spoke to several parents today who say the cleveland elementary school campus in oakland needs a fence around it to keep kids in and strangers out. the parents of an eight year old students say their third grader in his friend were confronted on campus right after school by an adult male. they did not know. the parents say the man assaulted their son, accusing him in his third grade friend of bullying another student. he followed my son into the bathroom. did the same thing picked him up, push them, pick them up and put them on the wall and threaten him as well for chasing her for talkies. and then just drop them. and that's that's what happened. oakland unified school district confirm they're investigating this incident along with oakland police since this happened last month, several parents say there's a new policy for picking up their kids. but the parents have to wait for the kids to get released. and have the teachers bring them to the to the outskirts of the school so that the parents can't just walk around. um building million. fortunately, i haven't felt unsafe for my kids at
