we spoke to several parents today who say the cleveland elementary school campus in oakland needs a fence around it to keep kids in and strangers out. the parents of an eight year old students say their third grader in his friend were confronted on campus right after school by an adult male. they did not know. the parents say the man assaulted their son, accusing him in his third grade friend of bullying another student. he followed my son into the bathroom. did the same thing picked him up, push them, pick them up and put them on the wall and threaten him as well for chasing her for talkies. and then just drop them. and that's that's what happened. oakland unified school district confirm they're investigating this incident along with oakland police since this happened last month, several parents say there's a new policy for picking up their kids. but the parents have to wait for the kids to get released. and have the teachers bring them to the to the outskirts of the school so that the parents can't just walk around. um building million. fortunately, i haven't felt unsafe for my kids at

[laughter] well, i'll move on to our first question. which is goingf to be the same for both of our guests. it is very simply, why did you decide to write this book? we'll start with you david. clark's first of all you could not put a business person in a less comfortable setting. i don't also acknowledge about a couple of other authors here. even more the great economists as well. michael and mark who just in addition to the documentary michael e did created justicerr thomas in his own words they just issued a terrific book and it summarizes in his life the other 30 hours of interviews they did on video. it is a fabulous book. thank you for being here. you know, i got to live the american dream. my grandparents came over fromwh poland. it was always about the american dream for you can do what you want to do but we lived in rural nebraska l
