after a teen 18-year-old braxton cooper stuntz and his friends were exploring the rocky cliffs at garrapata state beach on saturday. friends of braxton say he was leaning in for a closer look...when he suddenly fell in. his friends called for help. at first....they could see him near the water...and say he gave them a thumbs up. but shortly after...they lost sight of him.
