charles clifford joins us live from the bridge with a look at the new work going on. >> right now youooking at a live picture of the bay bridge from treasure island. adjutancy about one hour ago, caltrain turned on the lights that are on the catwalk that run from the tower down to the deck. this is a preview of what the bridge will look like at night when it is completed 2013. earlier today caltrain gave the media a tour of the tower and updated us on the progress in construction. if you have driven over the bay bridge in the past few weeks to a probably noticed the orange cat walks and in a few months, the crews will begin running thousands of cabled up these ramps and over the top of the tower and that down the other side. when they're done, the deck will hang from the tower on these cables. they also said today that the final four segments that they need to connect the sky with to the suspension bridge have arrived from china and will be installed over the next couple of months. they said the westbound lanes of the bridge will be finished by the end of the year in the eastbound lan

joining us with more details from the incident, charles clifford on the phone with the latest. >> rightow i'm on the 500 block and this all happened about 12:15 p.m. this afternoon and we may actually have a picture of the home where this happened, the call came into the police that a dog had possibly attack a woman, when their ride on scene they found a 32 year-old pregnant woman actually in the front of the home, she was laying in the front of a home with a major trauma. the officers started cpr on her, her husband was home at the time and he told her that--he told them the dog and melt it bull that was two year-old was in the backyard. while they were working on the woman, the dog approach them and they had to shoot and fire and kill him. and when the paramedics came they said that the woman had died on the scene. i am not here now i talk with a few neighbors and they said that the house was take off for several hours and they had to actually go around the block to get around the scene. 1 woman was outside working on her fans, she heard gunshots no one that i talk with so far knew th
