kron four's charles clifford is live at the scene for us with the latest on this. charles. >> well, the good news here is that the situation result was resolved peacefully and no one injured and traffic is getting back to normal. it's going to take a look at some video here from earlier now. the concord police department says about 7.30, this morning they found a man apparently in distressed above willow, pass road on an overpass on highway 2.42. and the northbound lanes so they shut down northbound lanes. the shutdown will pass road underneath the overpass and they spent several hours very peacefully talking to this man. you might build to see him in this video wearing a black hoodie. there. they were very patient with him. they got pretty close to him. witnesses say that at times he would go near the edge of overpass and cops would back off. but they spent a long time talking to him, unfortunately about 10 45 this morning. they were able to convince him to walk down off of the overpass and then we could see him the police department, highway patrol talking to him
