earlier tonight.protestors vandalized a clorox company building in oakland. you can see the glass was broken there. this is at 12-th and broadway. a march also happened in san francisco tonight. where protestors blocked market street at least twice. and staged what's called a "die=in" at powell street. that blocked muni service on the f-line.and blocked cars. here you see protestors marching with hands up.and police are in riot gear. protestors also marched into the powell bart station one point. but the crowd has since dissipated. now to another developing story in the south bay. rain soaking the bay area again and there is a major storm coming in. jacqueline bennett>>: we're going to see this strong going to tomorrow morning even the later morning, and seen heavy rain pushed through the north bay. there is another cell coming in looking at a 10th of an inch of rain per hour and a quarter of an inch of rain to our and other areas. taking a look is in the cells offshore we are tracking them and it looks like some of that heavy rain is going to cut or write in

clorox. $13 billion company isn't shooting the lights out. en you can get it on a sell program down more than a point it is proven to be an excellent reach for. clorox doesn't have the growth or big buy back but it has consistency. only buy it down a buck. third is hain celestial. ceo has a terrific thing going. every time the sellers come in and bombard hain that is proven to be a terrific time to buy. the secular theme is in tact. fourth is monster. here is one people claim i hurt them on along with keurig green mountain. i love it when i'm land basing for the winners. just admitting to the obvious fact brings it out. stock is up a phenomenal 54% since i recommended in july. it is not nearly as expensive because the earnings estimates keep rising. using $3.51 to $3.66 earnings estimates for 2016 reasonable especially if you don't believe monster will be independent by then. finally, there is an annoying stock. it does come in it always stops just like clorox at a 3% dividend yield. this one ad heres to a bottom in just about every selloff. n

companies. they don't get affected. they high higher yielding utility stocks because that sends interest rates down. the equivalent stocks like utilities and at times if they are not too pressured, the proctors and cloroxs rally. we get another wave of selling into the bell and a sea of red once appears on the screen out of nowhere. we did this since the oil started plummeting after, say, got through the 70 level and by this time you should be used to it. nobody is at a 300 day. oil companies will go bust and that will cause pain that will keep the stock market down for a day or two or a week but until then, it is a battle between the positives of lower gasoline and the negatives of an oil boom gone bust, and the stunting of the oil and gas renaissance in this country. notice i used the word stunting because we'll be talking about oil a lot tonight, but ultimately, the big stable oil companies will buy the bankrupt ones and the poor countries that are over producing now won't be able to pay their bills including russia. so companies will stop drilling there and lower energy prices will stimulate more economic activity, which will boost demand. the long slide will be over but first the biggest mitt cu es
