relative humidity is anywhere from about 13% in cloverdale to 96% in san francisco. this is when we had the highest level in the morning. 2:00, 3:00 this afternoon, already down to 11%. fairfield and napa. 52% in hayward. closer to the water, we do recover and keep relative humidity up for most of the morning hours. but then by 5:00 tomorrow morning, we've gone through the night and had the gusty offshore winds and look, we're only at 9% in napa. this relative humidity combines with the dry offshore winds and the warmer temperatures creating certainly that recipe of concern. here's a look at the winds ramping up throughout the day. 2:00 this afternoon from calistoga to napa, 20, 25 mile an hour winds. as the colors get going, you'll see the stronger winds push in by 9:00, 10:00, 11:00 tonight. 48 miles an hour by cloverdale. it continues through the early morning hours into monday. 20 to 40 miles an hour from napa over into discovery bay and then by 6:00 monday morning, we still have those breezy winds. the low relative humidity and then finally by about noontime on
