we've got up here in the north bay from cloverdale right through santa rosa petaluma nevado. yeah.t. heading over napa and sonoma too. it is a beautiful day out there. no doubt about it. we're in the low 70's here in downtown san francisco. the wind is kind of the sticking point, though, because we definitely have a little bit of a blustery situation going on in some spots. you can see there in fairfield about 25 miles per hour. having said that, even san jose has 70 mile per hour sustained wind as a san francisco. notice the direction is generally northerly. so it's a bit of an offshore flow because we've got that high pressure that we talked about that sitting out the pacific and low pressure inland, kind of creating that wind greedy. and as we go through the afternoon, but you can see it's also that high pressure keeping all of california, very blue skies today and a really nice here in the bay area. so today, obviously a nice day tomorrow, a warmer day. we'll have the wind as we start earlier part of the day and then we should get a little bit better in the afternoon. but the h

we've got 80 degrees up in santa rosa petaluma and cloverdale 81 in nevado.ese temperatures and you can kind of see that ridge of high pressure here. you see all the blue sky, just a little bit of indication that this is kind of shooting any weather to the north of us and allowing us to warm up when we get high pressure that is in control. and that's exactly what we're seeing. so today, the -% beginning of a warm-up, you can see tomorrow and friday. that's when things peak. but saturday is no slouch either. as we start to see a more of those potential upper 80's for inland spots, 70's around the bay and 60's mid-sixties as we head inland. so then i take take a look at ahead to the next week, right? this is kind of the long-term prediction. and you can see for majority of the country pretty warm if we zoom in here to the bay area, looks like it's going to be really warm for may 14 through 18 cities above average, temperatures are sticking with us. i'll be back in a little bit. we'll talk a little bit more about the wind and take a look at that. 7 day forecast.
