there is the cmg operations and maintenance manual which i think is almost completed. that needs to be sent out to the board, the link or the actual document itself, and then further i believe you had an intern, a master's student that worked on surveying the different entities in the city and what they did, and that would be helpful for us as well so whatever information you can give us so that we can do our homework as well. i would say that a lot of us do have that knowledge and expertise ourselves, but it is good to see what has been gathered before, and then in going forward i really think it's important for us to take each meeting so you may have a road map on what issues and how you want to bring the information to the board as a whole whether it's done in committee or whether it's done at the board meetings but i do think we need to have regular meetings on this in order to be able to accomplish something in 2023, so thank you on that. okay. >> move to adjourn. >> next item 9 is discussion of future agenda items by directors. >> we said everything. >> okay. . >
