is are we you know the the consultant that did the landscape architecture consultancy what with img, cmg they had developed a management plan. i'm wondering is parks and rec going to be adopting that management plan or are they coming up with their own kind of management plan? i see that in february 2005 we're going to get a revised work plan. so i'm just curious like where is or are we going to see a management plan or is that just being adopted by parks and rec? >> i don't want to speak for ultimately what parks and rec would generate sort of on paper but i think the understanding is the owner manual, the master owner manual in the parks specific chapters will still be developed and will be implemented into rec and parks thinking on the management as a guide but are they then also going to have their own management guide for the spaces? i assume they would but i think our intention is they would be they would be following the directions of the manual and putting together their processes in their tactics is kind of i guess the best way i could see when will we see something like that? >
