zero visibility in coatesville. down to a quarter mile for reading, lancaster, allentown and quakertown. moving into philadelphia, but not too bad. dense fog under an mile an hour in northeast philadelphia. and light fog in south jersey and delaware, too. we run into spots in delaware and south jersey. you won't run into any cold air. the temperatures are in the 40s and 50s. most neighborhoods are running 10 to 20 degrees warmer than yesterday. coolest spot at 39 degrees. fog at 7:00. then it starts to lift but still cloudy and 48 degrees at 10:00. once we get some sunshine this afternoon, these temperatures take off. and we're looking at record potential for philadelphia. up to 72 degrees but it's go to be warm all around today. i'll break it down hour by hour and show you what it's like for your neighborhood as the day progresses when i'm back in ten minutes but, first, let's see how the fog is affecting traffic. jessica boyington has the latest from the "first alert" traffic center. >> yeah, bill, watching the so
