what do you know about ty cobb and what do you think is instructive about this move? >> so ty is a well-known white collar lawyer in washington. he was a longtime assistant of the united states attorney in the u.s. attorney's office in baltimore primarily. he's well liked. he's well regarded. and he's experienced. and so bringing him in to the white house so that the white house counsel can focus on the regular brick and mortar blocking and tackling stuff the white house council is empowered to do, and ty can run the war room, first as a very smart separation of powers between the two, and, two, you're bringing in a seasoned lawyer who has prior experience in doing exactly this. whether he's successful is going to depend on the willingness of his clients to listen to him and we'll see how that plays out. but i think the selection in and of itself on paper is a very smart and i think ty will do a very nice job for them if they listen to him. >> all right. michael feldon, thanks. good to see you. >>> next, in his twisting path to 50 votes, mitch mcconnell hits pause on
