here is a look from cobb mountain towards the kincade fire. you can see how intense those flames are this morning. even without a strong wind. and so as the day goes along, we'll start to see our northerly winds picking up once again. i highlighted the perimeter of the fire and what has already burned from the kincade fire. we'll potentially see more embers blowing off towards the south and southwest as we can see this spread more as our winds increase. we're also going to see more smoke. we have some big fires burning. going into 1:30, the shift in the wind starts to carry some smoke from the grizzly fire into parts of contra costa county into san francisco. this is where the air quality will be the worst today because of those winds increasing. as we go into the evening, we could start to see more of that smoke spreading into parts of the east bay as well as the peninsula and the south bay. even though we have the gusty winds and cool temperatures, it's going to be unhealthy to spend long periods of time outside. our temperatures today reach
